SMS Consent & Communication Policy

Global AI Bots — SMS Terms · Effective April 2, 2026

1. What You're Consenting To

By providing your phone number to a business using Global AI Bots ("CLETUS") services, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your interaction with that business. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations and check-in details
  • Checkout reminders
  • Welcome messages
  • Service-related updates
  • Promotional offers and upsells (e.g., late checkout, early check-in)
  • Review requests
  • Re-booking offers

2. How Consent Is Collected

Consent is obtained through one or more of the following methods:

  • Providing your phone number during online booking with opt-in checkbox
  • Providing your phone number at check-in with verbal or written consent
  • Entering your phone number in an AI chat widget with displayed consent language
  • Submitting a contact form that includes SMS consent language

3. Opt-In Language

Before receiving messages, recipients are presented with the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from [Business Name] including booking confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Msg & data rates may apply."

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by business and interaction type. Typical frequency is 1-10 messages per booking/visit.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message
  • Contacting the business directly
  • Contacting Global AI Bots at support@globalaibots.com

7. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Global AI Bots does not charge for receiving messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

8. Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via Twilio and are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

9. Data Privacy

Phone numbers and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
